Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any application or website operated by Enclave Dev LLC ("Enclave Dev," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms apply to all Enclave Dev products including Sentinel, Claybreaker, Checklist, Card Catalog, Accrual, and the enclavedev.com website.

Use of Our Services

You may use our apps and website for their intended purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our applications
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Use automated means to access our services beyond normal app usage

Accounts

Some features require an account via Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions & Payments

Some apps offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods (refund requests should be directed to Apple)
• Prices may change with reasonable notice; existing subscribers will be notified before renewal at a new price

Free features remain available without a subscription.

User-Generated Content

Data you enter into our apps (scores, records, lists, collections, etc.) belongs to you. By using our sync features, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit this data solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will never use it for purposes other than delivering our services to you.

Intellectual Property

All Enclave Dev applications, their designs, code, branding, and content are the intellectual property of Enclave Dev LLC. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without explicit written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Specifically:

• Sentinel: PT score calculations are provided for informational purposes. Always verify official scores through your unit's Fitness Program Manager. We are not affiliated with the U.S. Air Force or Department of Defense.
• Claybreaker: AI coaching insights are informational suggestions, not professional coaching advice. Shooting sports involve inherent risks — always follow range safety rules.
• Accrual: Leave calculations are estimates based on standard military leave policies. Always verify balances through your unit's official leave system.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enclave Dev LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to your data
• Any interruption or cessation of our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or errors in our applications

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using our services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our apps ceases, but provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Spokane County, Washington.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our apps or website with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
