One developer.
A mission to build what's missing.
Enclave Dev started with a simple observation: there are entire industries where people still rely on paper, spreadsheets, and clunky government systems — not because they don't want better tools, but because nobody's built them.
I'm Thomas Vesser, a software engineer based near Spokane, Washington. After years of building software for other people, I left my job to build something of my own — a company focused on the markets that big tech ignores.
As a military-connected developer, I saw firsthand how service members tracked PT scores on paper and calculated leave balances in their heads. As someone who shoots trap competitively, I watched shooters keep score with pencils and never know what to practice. These aren't edge cases. These are hundreds of thousands of people doing things the hard way because no one gave them a better option.
That's what Enclave Dev exists to fix. One app at a time, one industry at a time.
Every app we build follows the same principles: privacy-first, offline-capable, beautiful design, and deep understanding of the domain. No ads. No tracking. No data selling. Just tools that respect the people who use them.
Privacy First
Your data is yours. No ads, no trackers, no selling information to third parties. Sign in with Apple keeps your identity private.
Offline First
Cell service is unreliable at ranges, gyms, and in the field. Our apps work offline and sync when you're connected.
Domain Expertise
We don't build generic tools and slap a niche label on them. We understand the domain, the people, and the real workflows.
Ship & Iterate
We ship fast, listen to users, and improve constantly. Real feedback beats perfect plans every time.
Let's connect.
